Redcliff Zambezi Lodge
Redcliff zambezi Lodge is situated in the lower Zambezi Valley directly East of the Lower Zambezi National Park.
We are able to enter the National Park by boat through the breathtaking Mpata Gorge. Redcliff's main attractions are game viewing, bird watching and superb tigerfishing. The pristine wilderness surroundings ensure that any visit becomes an unforgettable experience.
Accomodation at Redcliff consists of eight spacious en-suite chalets with a family chalet that slepps 4. The lodge can accomodate up to 20 guests comfortably. We include all meals, laundry, a sunset cruise, game or bird walks, use of our boat for fishing or game viewing and basic fishing equipment..
The Lodge is about 18km upstream from the confluence of the Luangwa and Zambezi Rivers, where Mozambique, Zimbabwe and Zambia meet, opposite Luangwa Boma. The 325km drive from Lusaka to Luagwa Boma takes approximatley four hours on reasonable roads, including a 96km mtrip on a scenic gravel road along the Luangwa River.The lodge can be reached via a 45 minute boat ride from Luangwa Boma. Alternatively Luangwa Boma is about an hour's flight from Lusaka or two hours from Livingstone by charter plane. Transfers can be arranged.
